EDSI VMS Β· how often the engine drafts for each channel

How to read this

Each channel shows the industry standard (how often, which days, what time, what the platform needs), then whether the shop is meeting it or short, based on what actually published in the last 4 weeks. Channels with a connected account come first. A channel with no account is greyed β€” the engine never drafts for it, whatever the number says. Only the channels this business uses are listed; add or remove one on Social accounts.

The number below is what the engine drafts every Monday morning for each connected channel β€” 4 a week means four drafts, each on a different topic, each planned for one of that platform’s best days. Approve them on Review, then in the Library tick them and Schedule: each goes out on its day. Set it to what you can comfortably read on a Monday.

Blog1 to review
/ week
Standard: 0.5–2 a week
Best times: Day and time barely matter for a blog post; search engines find it whenever it goes up.
Needs: A titled article on your own site. Posts straight to the website, not through Social accounts.
HubSpot: 2–4 a month for a focused niche, 6–8 a month for a new blog chasing traffic. 1 a week sits in the middle.
Sources: HubSpot
Standard is 0.5–2 a week. Nothing posted in the last 4 weeks. (1 published all-time, last Sep 22)

Your target 1 a week is within the standard. At 1 a week, post on Pick one fixed day and keep it..
